Monica De La Torre is the recipient of our Exemplary Employee Award for October. The award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Monica is a switchboard operator in the Communications Department. She came to work here in August 2019. She was nominated by a patient who considers her to be exemplary.
The nomination read:
