Leticia Morales is the most recent employee to be honored by Community Hospital of Huntington Park with the Exemplary Employee Award for March. The award recognizes outstanding employees who demonstrate their commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Morales joined Community Hospital of Huntington Park in March 2010. She is a Lead Cook in our Food and Nutrition Services department, nominated by two co-workers who had this to say:

Leticia has been an integral part of the Food & Nutrition Services team for three decades. Her deep knowledge of operations, procedures, and patient service needs makes her a go‑to resource and a steady, trusted leader within the team.
As a lead Cook, Leticia consistently ensures that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. She approaches every shift with reliability, focus, and a strong sense of responsibility. Her ability to manage staff, support workflow, and uphold quality standards contributes directly to the success of the department and the satisfaction of patients and clinical teams.
Leticia leads by example—she is dependable, hardworking, and always willing to support her staff.
