Lathrudis Chandler is the recipient of our Exemplary Employee Award for November.
The award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Lathrudis joined Huntington Park in December 2023 and is a CNA working in the Telemetry Unit. She was nominated by a co-worker who had this to say:
“Ms. Lala is simply the best ever. She is always ready and willing to lend a hand, even for patients who are not assigned to her. Some CNAs will tell nurses, “That’s not my patient,” when they ask for help but Ms. Lala NEVER says that. All the patients are her patients. She is always kind and cheerful, never in a bad mood, and gets along with everyone. We all love Ms. Lala! And the patients love her, too, which is why she is always getting shout outs from the patients and she’s been on the MS/Tele Kindness Garden every month. She’s definitely the most exemplary employee at Huntington Park and is deserving of the award!”
