Alejandro Acevedo is the recipient of our Exemplary Employee Award for December. The award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Acevedo joined Huntington Park in November 2015 – 10 years ago — and is a Nursing Supervisor working in Nursing Administration. He was nominated by a co-worker who had this to say:
“Alejandro goes above and beyond to resolve issues in real time. He doesn’t say, “Send me an email.” He faces the issues as they arise. This is key to getting our quality scores up in ratings. This also helps Security with deescalating irate family members and patients.”
