Javier Paniagua has been honored with the Exemplary Employee Award for August. The award recognizes outstanding employees who demonstrate their commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Paniagua is a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry unit. He came to work here in February 2024. Following are comments from one of the two co-workers who nominated him for this award.
“Javier consistently helps others and goes above and beyond to support the team. As a preceptor, he patiently guides and mentors others, while setting a strong example through his knowledge, professionalism, and dedication.
He remains calm and composed in challenging situations, communicates effectively with colleagues, patients and patients’ family member, and clearly sets expectations while upholding high standards of performance and accountability, always making patient safety a priority.
His positive attitude, teamwork, and strong communication skills make him truly deserving of this recognition.”
